MONITORING OF PROJECT ACTIVITES

Representatives of Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, which perform periodic monitoring and check of the flow of the projects financed through Exchange 3 Program of European Delegation in Serbia, Ivana Maksic, Irina Slavkovic i Marija Mijatovic, visited City Municipality of Palilula in Nis. In conversation with project team of Municipality, Milos Stojadinovic, manager of the project, Dragan Terzic, administrative assistant and Milos Ristic, financial assistant, were analyzed past activities in realization of project “Strengthening Municipal capacity to improve the quality of life for socially vulnerable groups”, as and results on the ground. Representatives of monitoring team had the insight to current activities and work of mobile teams on the ground who provided support to the people in the settlement “Crvena Zvezda”. It was expressed satisfaction of the work and it was agreed further dynamic of achieving of the project.

Socially – vulnerable residents of Palilula can get needed information about using of free services of mobile teams of the project on the phone number 018/244-587 or in local offices of the Municipality (Rasadnik, Palilula, G. Medjurovo, Bubanj, Lalinac) from Monday to Friday from 09 am to 02 pm. Services includes medical help to vulnerable categories of residents, measuring of blood pressure and sugar level in blood, provision of medical assistance advisory and support, legal support.
